  1. You are required to use the Tapela Promotion website in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth by social media platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, and others.

 

  1. Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. However, any rate changes will not affect the payment/refund policy.Here, Trade Competition and Consumers Protection Proclamation No. 813/2013 and Electronic Transaction ProclamationNo.1205/2020 shall apply.

 

 

  1. Tapela Promotion Company does not guarantee specific delivery times for any of our services.

 

  1. While we provide our best estimation for order delivery, please note that it is an estimate only. We do not offer refunds for orders that are in the process of being delivered, even if you feel they are taking longer than expected, as such the user agrees this scenario.

 

  1. Tapela Promotion Company strives to deliver services as expected by our customers. In certain cases, we reserve the right to change the service type if necessary to fulfill an order, as such the user agrees this scenario.

 

  1. All prices displayed on Tapela Promotion are in US dollars and Ethiopian Birr. We will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from exchange rate fluctuations in your domestic currency.

 

  1. Any customer dis-satisfied with our service shall submit his/her complient to Tapela Promotion by using our submission mechanism. Hence, Tapela Promotion shall reply to the complient within 30 (Thirty) working Days.

 

Service:

 

  1. Tapela Promotion Company's services are designed to promote your social media accounts, increase engagement, and enhance your business presence.

 

  1. While we guarantee the delivery of the followers you have paid for, we do not guarantee their interaction with your content.

 

  1. We make every effort to ensure that the majority of accounts have a profile picture, bio, and uploaded pictures. However, we cannot guarantee 100% compliance with these requirements.

 

  1. It is strictly prohibited to upload any content on the Tapela Promotion website that includes nudity or material that is not accepted or suitable for the social media community.

 

  1. You must not exploit the system, gain an unfair advantage, manipulate speed, or exploit any bugs, except through legitimate purchases from our website or by using the regular features.

 

  1. Please note that if you change your username, password, email, or any other mandatory field, the script will automatically stop until you re-login and relaunch it.

 

  1. We are not responsible for any account closure; however, it is highly unlikely to occur when using our services. Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for any account closures that may happen.

 

  1. For services that include refills, we will provide refills as specified. However, for services without refills, we will not provide any additional refills.

 

Refund Policy:

 

  1. Eligibility: Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Tapela Promotion's discretion, as such the user agrees this scenario.

 

  1. Service Non-Delivery:The customer agrees that,If an order is not delivered due to an invalid destination link provided by the customer or by any other means, Tapela Promotion will not be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

 

  1. Refill Policy: Services that include refills will be refilled as specified. However, services without refills will not be eligible for additional refills.

 

  1. High-Quality Services: For optimal results, it is recommended to use or purchase the first service in a category for high-quality services. Tapela Promotion cannot guarantee the same level of quality for subsequent services.

 

 

These terms and conditions govern your use of Tapela Promotion Company's services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

The service provided by Tapela Promotion are subject to Trade Competition and Consumers Protection Proclamation No. 813/2013 and Electronic Transaction Proclamation No.1205/2020.

 

Once the user/customer acceptes the above outlined terms, the user/customer aggres to be bound by the service provided by Tapela Promotion according to Ethiopian Electronic signature proclamation No. 1072/2018.
